Refund Policy

Effective Date: 13th August 2025.

At the Nueva Asha Foundation (NAF), we value the trust and generosity of our supporters. Your donations directly empower girls and communities in Bihar through our education, empowerment, and welfare programs.

1. Donations

  • All donations made to NAF are non-refundable.

  • Once a donation is processed, it will be used immediately to support our ongoing programs and beneficiaries.

  • If you believe a donation was made in error or without your authorization, please contact us within 7 days at ceo@nuevaasha.org or +91 87091 24026. We will review your request and process a refund if it meets the eligibility criteria.

2. Event Registrations & Program Fees

  • In case of paid registrations for events, workshops, or training programs, cancellations made at least 7 days before the start date will be eligible for a full refund.

  • Cancellations made within 7 days of the event will not be eligible for a refund.

3. Merchandise

  • If you purchase merchandise from NAF, refunds will only be issued for defective or damaged items reported within 7 days of delivery.

  • To request a refund or exchange, please email us with your order details and photos of the defective product.

4. Processing Refunds

  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10–15 business days.

  • Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
